Warranty and Returns Terms

At Trucrux, we understand that purchasing a new product can be a daunting task. That’s why we strive to provide our customers with a transparent and comprehensive warranty and return policies.

We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and that they feel confident in their decision to choose Trucrux.


All of our products come with a one-year limited warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Trucrux within the warranty period, at its option, Trucrux will either repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

We understand that some customers may need a longer warranty period for their specific use case. That’s why we offer extended warranty options for purchase. These options include a two-year and three-year warranty extension. Please connect info@trucrux.com for more information


We understand that sometimes a product may not meet a customer’s expectations. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy for all of our products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Customized products or special order products are not eligible for return.
