Statement on California Proposition 65
According to the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known as Proposition 65 or "Prop 65," the State of California maintains and updates an annual list of chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity ("Prop 65 List").
Prop 65 requires "clear and reasonable" warnings to be provided when a person knowingly and intentionally exposes an individual in California to a chemical on the Prop 65 List during business activities. It also prohibits knowingly discharging or releasing a Prop 65 List chemical in a manner likely to enter any California drinking water source.
Trucrux's products and evaluation kits are designed to avoid exposing any person to any chemical on the Prop 65 List during normal product use. Therefore, Trucrux is not subject to the Prop 65 "clear and reasonable" warning requirements.
Consequently, Trucrux's products and evaluation kits do not include warnings specifically related to Prop 65 or the Prop 65 List chemicals. Trucrux does not make available a specific list of Prop 65 List chemicals that may be contained in its semiconductor products and evaluation kits.
However, Trucrux conducts reviews of its suppliers' certifications, material content research, and confidentially disclosed chemicals and materials information. Based on this third-party information, Trucrux certifies to the best of its knowledge and belief that certain chemicals used in its products are not listed on the Prop 65 List.
