The TRUX-iMX8MPlus-Q01, computing module is based on an NXP i.MX 8M Plus Quad processor implementing ARM Cortex–A53 plus supporting up to 1.8GHz speed and Cortex-M7 up to 800MHz for high-end multimedia applications that require UltraHD 4K display, HD 2D/3D graphics acceleration video, voice, and audio processing capabilities. Neural Processing Unit (NPU) and Image Signal Processor (ISP) make it ideal for AI-based edge computing.

TRUX-iMX8MPlus-Q01, is part of iMX8 SOM family, which supports pin2pin scalable option with TRUX-iMX8Mmini-Q01, TRUX-iMX8M-Q01 system on module.

System On Module is aimed to offer applications such as Digital Media Adaptors, HD Digital signage, Industrial HMI, Building Automation, Imaging & Scanning, Audio/Video Streaming devices, and Machine Vision application.
